Electronic Requests (E-Requests)

This form is used for external parties to send requests to the District Court Clerk's office for fulfillment. ex. Copy Requests, Certified Copy Requests, Wiretap Number (USAO)

The results of your request will contain information that is on file as of the date of inquiry. Every effort is made to ensure the information returned is accurate, up to date, and complete. Requests made by non-government entities will require payment of services. Payments will be made separately when contacted regarding your request. See the Court Fees and Rates page to determine your request costs.

Please be accurate with your entries and enter as much information that you may know regarding your request. Case numbers, names, and docket numbers should be entered under the "Details" section of your request. Some requests require an emailed verification code and are for Government agencies only.
