Jurors may have to report to any number of our locations in Albany, Binghamton, Syracuse, Utica, and Plattsburgh. Below you will find hours, links to directions, and parking instructions. Please select which location you are reporting:

Riverfront Parking Garage

Validated parking is offered at the Park Albany Riverfront Garage.  The entrance to the garage is on Columbia Street. Bring your parking ticket to the Clerk’s Office for validation. Electric Vehicle Charging spaces are available on the 2nd parking level.  Cost is $0.15 per KwH.

If you drive a motorcycle or oversized truck, please park in the Quackenbush Open Lot located behind the Albany Pump Station on Montgomery St.  Your parking will be reimbursed.

At the southern end of the garage, you will see a walk bridge that goes over I-787 to the Hudson River Walk. At this end of the garage, there is a staircase as well as an elevator that will bring you to street level. At street level, the U.S. Courthouse is the white, marble building on your left. Walk to the front of the building, turn left, and walk the length of it to the southern entrance.

Parking is available at the State Street Parking Garage, located at 142 State Street.  Please be prepared to pay when you exit the garage.  Parking will be reimbursed by the court at a rate of $9.00 per day.  Receipts are not required.

The Court has arranged free public parking for jurors at the Washington Street Parking Garage. The public entrance is located on Washington Street (1st entrance only). Park on the first level. DO NOT scan the QR code to pay. Proceed to the office in the center of the parking garage to sign in with your license plate number. The Court has arranged free parking for jurors in the open lot across the street from the Adirondack Bank Center (on the corner of Charles and Whitesboro St).
