Since 1994, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York has conducted naturalization ceremonies in this Court in Syracuse, Albany, Utica and Binghamton. Naturalization ceremonies are also held in State Courts and County Courts throughout New York State.

To Obtain Citizenship

Official proof of U.S. citizenship must be obtained directly from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

To replace your documented proof of U.S. Citizenship, you must complete the N-565 form and submit it to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service according to the form instructions.
