The Northern District of New York is currently qualifying jurors for future jury service. Qualification Questionnaire postcards were mailed on January 30, 2026, with a response deadline of February 20, 2026. Paper Juror Qualification Questionnaires will be mailed on or before March 13, 2026. If you have not yet completed your questionnaire, you may still do so online at any time. If the online form is not completed before the paper questionnaires are printed you will receive a paper copy by mail; however, the online option will remain available. Please note that you only need to complete one version of the questionnaire – either online or paper.
