The Northern District of New York is currently qualifying jurors for future jury service. Qualification Questionnaires were mailed on April 16, 2025, with a 10-day response deadline. You must return the paper form or complete the electronic form online (eJuror) within 10 days of receiving the questionnaire. If you submit the online form, you do not need to return the paper copy.
The comment period is now open on the proposed amendments to the NYND 2019 Local Rules. Comments must be received by close of business Friday, October 12, 2018.
