Chief Judge Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit announced today that the Court of Appeals will appoint Shireen A. Barday as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan.See attachment for full press release.
