From The North Or South:

From Routes 8 and 12 (joined by Route 5) take the exit off the North-South Arterial (Downtown Utica and Route 5-S East);
Follow Route5-S East, through six traffic lights;
Turn left onto John Street (where the sign indicates North Genesee Street and Route 5-S West);
Federal Building/Courthouse is the second building on the left (corner of John and Broad Street).

From The East Or West:

Take the NYS Thruway (I90) to Exit 31 (Utica);
Follow the ramp with the sign for Genesee Street South and Downtown Utica;
Turn right onto Genesee Street;
Immediately following the first traffic light, follow the sign for Broad Street, Whitesboro Street, and John Street;
Bear to the right and follow the sign for Broad Street;
At the end of the ramp there is a traffic light.;
Turn left, under the bridge, onto Broad Street;
 The Federal Building/Courthouse is on the right (corner of Broad and John Street).

Parking:

Jurors can park free of charge at the Auditorium parking lot on Ice Capade Boulevard. A designated bus provided by the City of Utica will pick you up at the parking lot and drop you off in front of the Alexander Pirnie Federal Building. This bus will provide shuttle service between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and should be stopping at the Auditorium for pickups every 20 minutes. There is no out of pocket expense to you for this service. Please note that the shuttle service will not be available for jurors who arrive after 10:00 AM. The Auditorium parking lot is eight blocks from the Alexander Pirnie Federal Building.
