Question: I would like to issue a summons. How do I do that?
Answer: You will submit summons electronically with your new complaint/notice of removal. We will then issue the summons and return it to you via Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF). When you are ready to file the summons returned executed, you may scan it and docket it as a "summons returned executed/unexecuted".
