Judge Gustave J. Di Bianco

Gustave J. Di Bianco is a United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York. At the time of his appointment in 1987 he was an Assistant United States Attorney for that district.

Judge Di Bianco earned his B.A. degree from Brooklyn College in 1966 and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1969. He had served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964.

Judge Di Bianco was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of New York from 1972 until his judicial appointment in 1987, rising to the position of Chief Assistant United States Attorney in 1982.

He is an adjunct law professor at Syracuse University and is a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association.
