The Biennial Registration requirement is waived IF your address information is up to date in ECF and you are an attorney who: ~ is admitted Pro Hac Vice ~ was admitted Permanent during calendar year 2011 ~ works for the U.S. Government, the State of New York, a county in New York State, or another public sector entity

Each attorney must pay the Biennial Registration Fee by logging into CM/ECF with their individual login (6-digit bar roll number) and password. Pay.gov does not allow multiple attorneys to submit payment in one transaction. |

Pursuant to Local Rule 10.1(c)2, you must immediately notify the court of any change to your address. Attorneys shall update their contact information in CM/ECF within 14 days of such change. |

Requests for Certificates of Good Standing will be denied for attorneys who fail to pay the Biennial Registration Fee by the due date of August 26, 2011 |
