The Biennial Registration requirement is waived IF your address information is up to date in ECF and you are an attorney who:

      ~ is admitted Pro Hac Vice

      ~ was admitted Permanent during calendar year 2011

      ~ works for the U.S. Government, the State of New York, a county in New York State, or another public sector entity

If you received the e-mail notification regarding the biennial fee registration and you are exempt, you must send an

e-mail to: biennial@nynd.uscourts.gov     Our Attorney Admissions Department will update your fee status to WAIVED.

  

Each attorney must pay the Biennial Registration Fee by logging into CM/ECF with their individual login (6-digit bar roll

number) and password.  Pay.gov does not allow multiple attorneys to submit payment in one transaction.

Pursuant to Local Rule 10.1(c)2, you must immediately notify the court of any change to your address.  Attorneys shall

update their contact information in CM/ECF within 14 days of such change. 

Requests for Certificates of Good Standing will be denied for attorneys who fail to pay the Biennial Registration Fee

by the due date of August 26, 2011
